The annual seminar is dedicated to the memory of District Judge Judith N. Keep, who served as a United States District Judge in the Southern District of California for over twenty years and as the District’s first female Chief Judge from 1991 to 1998. This year’s seminar will be presented virtually, in a two-part series, including four different panels featuring Ninth Circuit Judges, District Judges, and Magistrate Judges from the Southern District of California.
