Jean-Paul JassyKelli Sager, and Eugene Volokh will discuss the most recent developments and trends in First Amendment law and their impact on the entertainment industry. Some issues they will discuss include anti-libel injunctions, overbroad injunctions, pseudonymity in litigation, libel claims based on failure to remove material, the likelihood that the Supreme Court will revisit New York Times v. Sullivan, and recent and pending U.S. Supreme Court cases involving First Amendment issues.
